Route details
This chapter describes the various items of information displayed about your route.
As soon as you have calculated a route from several stops, the route and its stages are listed in the left-hand section of the window. A distinction is made here as to whether the route
or whether the route |

Further details on the stop list can be found in the "Information in the stop list" section.
If events occur during the planned route that could influence your planning, these will be displayed in the "Route information" panel. You can also access this panel via the "Route information" button .
(Further details can be found below in the section "Current information about your route").
The middle area of the screen shows the route in the map view.
A list of details on distances, driving and journey time, tolls, costs, emissions and consumption is displayed on the right-hand side of the window.
The values displayed depend on whether you have your route calculated in standard mode or dynamic mode. Also, some of the values are calculated depending on the settings in your vehicle profile. For example, tolls are charged for some vehicle profiles and not for others. When calculating a route in Standard mode, the information for
are determined based on default values, known road and toll information and values that may result from the vehicle profile (see module "Vehicles"). This is colour-coded in the header of the respective information sections. The information for costs is also influenced by the inclusion of time windows, service times, rest periods and driving times. |
|
When calculating a route in dynamicmode, criteria selected by you are included in the calculation in addition to the general calculation: Service times: Effects on the value for "Journey time" Time slots: Effects on the value for "Journey time" Loading and unloading: Possible effects on the values for "Distance travelled" and "Toll distance" and thus also "Driving time", "Journey time" and possibly "Toll costs" Traffic information: Possible effects on the values for "Distance travelled" and "Toll distance" and thus also "Driving time", "Journey time" and possibly "Toll costs" Rest periods and driving times: Effects on the "Journey time" value Click on one of the information boxes to display detailed information on the displayed values. The following sections explain the information displayed in detail. |
Distances
By clicking on the information box "Distances", the calculated values for the distances travelled within the route are broken down. The calculated total distance, the sum of the toll road sections and the percentage of the toll road sections in the total distance are listed. The route is also broken down into the sections and toll sections that are travelled in the different countries (if the route crosses a national border). |
Times
By clicking on the information box "Times", the calculated values for the times that are relevant for the route are broken down. Here (in standard mode) the journey time and (in dynamic mode) the service times, waiting times, break times and rest periods are listed. Here too, an overall list is provided as well as a list for each individual country concerned if the route crosses a national border. |
Tolls
Click on the information box "Tolls" to see a list of the toll costs incurred on the route. |
||
Here too, an overall list is provided as well as a list for each individual country concerned if the route crosses a national border. |
Costs
By clicking on the information box "Costs", you can see a breakdown of the calculated costs for the route.
Here too, an overall list is provided as well as a list for each individual country concerned if the route crosses a national border. |
Emissions
By clicking on the information box "Emissions", you can see a breakdown of the calculated emissions for the route. Apart from the length of the route, these values depend on |
||
You can also have the calculated emissions broken down according to the GLEC framework. Note: You can also download the results of the GLEC calculation as a report in PDF format. For details, see "Exporting route results". |
|
Consumption
By clicking on the information box "Consumption" you receive a list of the calculated consumption values for the route. In addition to the length of the route, these values depend on the consumption values set for the vehicle profile used (see module "Vehicles"). |
Battery
If the vehicle selected for the route is an electric vehicle, information on the battery charge level of the battery is also displayed in the "Details" section. A charge level of 100% is assumed at the starting point of the route and the charge level at the end of the route is calculated. The progress of the charge level is also visualised in colour on the map: The route is displayed with a colour gradient from green (100%) to red (0%).

Current information about your route
If events occur during the planned route that could influence your planning, these will be displayed in the "Route information" panel. You can also access this panel via the "Route information" button .
Various events that affect your route are displayed here. These can be
You can jump directly to the location of the event on the map using the crosshair symbol next to each event. You can specify for each event that it is no longer displayed when the route is recalculated by deactivating the checkbox to the right of the event. You can use the checkbox "Show after route calculation" to specify whether the information panel should be displayed automatically when the route is calculated or only by manually calling it up using the "Route information" button . |
